These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Sarepul Collection ("we," "us," or "our") through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

We sell clothing and accessories as described on our product pages. We make every effort to display colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but images may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or handmade variation.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when you complete your order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before shipment if an item becomes unavailable or if we identify an error.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and other relevant factors.

We ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations. You must select your shipping destination in the cart before checkout so the correct shipping and handling rate can be applied.

• Canada: CAD $16 shipping and handling; free on orders of CAD $250 or more
• United States: CAD $25 shipping and handling; free on orders of CAD $350 or more
• All other countries: CAD $45 shipping and handling

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
