Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items generally must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated at purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn, including intimate apparel or customized pieces. Final-sale items are not returnable.
How to Request a Return
Email us at sarepulcollection@proton.me with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. It may take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Returns
Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.
